Worthington Hyde Partners (WHP) was formed in 2006 as the successor to Schaedle Worthington Hyde Properties, commonly known as SWH Properties (history). Since its inception, WHP has been actively involved as a real estate capital provider, in venture with niche developers with local project insight and expertise, over a diverse portfolio of real estate investments, and in varying creative structures. The principal partners of WHP are Robert W. Worthington, J.R. (Pitt) Hyde, III, and John H. Pontius, who have enjoyed a 20 plus year relationship partnering on real estate transactions including:
